Understanding where our Communities are located and which
one best meets the need for your vacation stay is a first
step in finding your special vacation home, villa or town
home. Each Community & home offers a unique setting
or amenities, one that will surely meet your needs. The
detailed introduction pages offer key information about
each particular area. You can either click on the underlined
Community names below or choose the drop-down arrow option
to take you to one of our lovely Communities in and around
Cashiers.
(We would suggest glancing at the rest of this instruction
page before beginning your search. Oh….don’t forget
your coffee or tea, enjoy your visit!)
After choosing a Community, our software tool
automatically offers a “Choose your Location”
option. Wander through the different locations such as a
wooded view, lake view, golf course, lakefront or river
view/river front.
Once the homes are uploaded for your viewing, take
note of the handy “Sort by” option located in
the top right corner. It sorts from smallest to largest
for bedroom, bathroom or number of people can sleep comfortably
in the home.
The word “Details” is located underneath
each tiny photo. Clicking on this will take you to all of
the information and additional photos of each home.
Follow the prompts to enter your arrival and departure
days, Click on “Click here to reserve your unit”
then follow the user-friendly prompts to reserving your
home.
When our guests reserve on-line, one of our Mountain
Vacation Rentals reservation staff personnel call the guest
to verify their choice before charging any fees to their
credit card.
